Financial performance analysis
We rebuild your management accounts so you can see gross margin by product line, customer and channel. Most clients discover at least one loss-making segment within the first fortnight. We then restructure pricing or cut costs until the segment either contributes or gets dropped.
Operations and supply chain
Late deliveries, excess stock, manual workarounds. We map your processes end to end, time each step and identify where delays cluster. A typical engagement reduces order-to-dispatch time by 20 to 35 per cent over 90 days.
Sales and revenue growth
We audit your pipeline stage by stage. Where do prospects stall? What is the average deal cycle? We install simple tracking, coach your sales team on qualification, and build outbound sequences that have generated 15 to 40 qualified leads per month for past clients in B2B services.
Leadership and team structure
Growing companies often outgrow their org chart without noticing. We assess spans of control, reporting lines and role clarity. Then we help you hire, promote or restructure so the right people own the right decisions.
